My name is Anders Klingenberg, a qualified and registered estate agent with the Danish Business Authority with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. I therefore have an in-depth knowledge of the buyer’s position when purchasing property and all the legal aspects of a property transaction.
In my work as an estate agent, I have also been a valuation consultant for Handelsbanken, Danske Bank and Nordea.
I have extensive insight into the factors that can affect the pricing of a property and the risks you should be particularly aware of when buying. As an estate agent, I have worked with virtually all property types, and I have worked in both Copenhagen and North Zealand with leading estate agency chains.
