Does the condition report match reality?
Whether you are buying a new, renovated or older property, Minkøbermægler.dk recommends having the property inspected by an independent building surveyor. Many of the mandatory condition reports are unfortunately often subject to errors and/or omissions, which can ultimately cost you dearly.
If it turns out that there are defects and deficiencies that have not been correctly documented, this can typically be used in a negotiation, thereby creating a strong negotiating position.
