    In the case of a handover protocol, for example in connection with a building project or new construction, the risk passes from the contractor to the client.

    My name is Anders Klingenberg. I’m an accredited real estate agent with more than 15 years of experience in real estate in Denmark, as well as experience as an assessment consultant for some of the largest banks in Denmark, including Handelsbanken, Danske Bank and Nordea.

If you choose not to make use of buyer counselling, you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with all aspects and terms of the deal.

      Buyer counselling typically includes a review of the purchase agreement and the accompanying documents, help with price negotiation with the seller’s real estate agent and help to ensure that the deal is completed under acceptable terms and conditions.
